Espresso

Macchiato = Espresso with a tiny dollop of foamed milk

Latte = 1/3 espresso + 2/3 steamed milk

Latte Macchiato = Milk with a tiny bit of espresso

Cappuccino = 1/2 espresso + 1/2 milk

Mocha = latte + shot of chocolate

Americano = espresso + hot water

Café au lait = latte + strong drip brewed or French pressed coffee substituted for espresso
